Since 2016 Filipe Assoreira is the Co-founder and CEO at NANO4 - Nanotechnology company applied to molecular diagnostics. Former President of P-BIO, Portugal’s Biotechnology Industry Organization (2015-2019).

Executive and multi-country corporate experience honed over 12 years working for Genzyme, with several leadership roles namely, as Country Manager for Portugal (2012-2015). Filipe Assoreira has vast experience in orphan drugs, biotechnology, merger and crisis management. Successful exit as retail entrepreneur in 2008. He holds a pharmacy degree from University of Coimbra and MBA from AESE/IESE.
